Frequency of fatty foods intake and physical body exertion in doctors of sialkot

Objective:
To assess the pattern of fatty food intake and physical body exertion in the doctors of Sialkot.
Methods:
A study was conducted at Sialkot from 15th May, 2025 to 15th June, 2025. The 50 doctors (MBBS) from each tehsil of Sialkot District (Tehsil Sialkot, Tehsil Sambrial, Tehsil Daska and Tehsil Pasrur each) and total 200 doctors (MBBS) from Sialkot district were selected randomly. Direct questionnaires were given to them. Out of 200, 186 doctors responded.
Results:
Male female ratio was 100:86 with 53.7% and 47.3%. The almost half of the doctors were having normal BMI. Young doctors accounted for almost 84% (aged 25-45 years). More than 60% of doctors do walk and exercise regularly.
Conclusion:
Majority of the doctors of Sialkot have adequately normal BMI and they do walk and exercise regularly
